We will do our best to assess the information you have provided and, if available, offer support or resources. However, you understand that we make no guarantees that any action regarding the incident reported will be taken and if action is taken, what the outcome will be.

Incidents reported through this form will be evaluated for possible inclusion in ADL, SCN and JFCM’s compilation and reports of incidents of antisemitic harassment, vandalism, and assaults.
