Action on Disability (AoD) Welfare Benefits Service (WBS) is delivered as a contracted advice service for LBH&F. The funding for the service is provided by the 3rd Sector Investment fund. In order for the service to deliver advice and support to you and your families around benefits, each year we must raise funds to ensure we can meet the cost of running the service. That means we have to raise an additional £25,000.00 every year. Securing that £25,000.00 each year means that we can continue to deliver a free independent benefits advice and support service to you and your family.

AoD intends on approaching some trust funds to secure that £25,000.00, but in order to do that, we need your help. Most, if not all funders value as a strength when organisations like AoD listen to those people who use the service, about the service. We need to know what the service has meant to you, could it do better, has it helped you, how has it helped you, and what impact has it had on your life? These would be just some of the questions we would like to ask you. Finding out what you think about the service will help us to secure that £25,000.00 and so the Welfare Benefits Service at Action on Disability would like to invite you to complete this survey. It should not take you any longer than 10 minutes and your responses will help us to inform funders what needs we need to support. This will provide AoD WBS with a better chance of securing the funding we need to deliver this service.
