Managing Disruption: Local Action on Drivers of Change in NC

  1. North Carolina communities are experiencing the effects of disruptive, accelerating change. A key question for local governments is: how can we address the myriad of forces that are impacting us now or may impact us in the future? In response, communities across the state are trying new ways to manage change.

Please share with us the projects that are emerging from your community! Leaders of the GPS NC initiative at the UNC School of Government want to know about programs evolving in your community to address different drivers of change. The programs you share with us will become part of a statewide resource to help local leaders learn from each other and share ideas for helping our communities prepare for disruptive issues.
