Staff Code of Conduct Policy

  1. PACT HR is currently developing a Staff Code of Conduct Policy to recognise the importance of aligning with the values, expectations and practical needs of schools and their leadership team’s whist adhering to HR best practice in educational settings.

    Your insights as our valued Advisory SLA customers are essential in shaping a practical policy that covers the areas that are important to you and your Trust/Academy/School as well as covering statutory requirements.

    We would greatly appreciate a few minutes of your time to complete a short survey that will directly shape the policy during its early stages in preparation for launch in September 2025.
